We first identify and define each of your needs during a data collection phase. Together we review and discover the gaps between where you are now and where you want to be. From here we begin to formulate a plan of action at a high - level that aims to strike a balance between an effective solution yet delivers fast. We want to solve a problem in weeks, not months.

Solutions could be anything from a website rebuild to a complete web application.We build tools that centralizes all the data and services you already use or those you are planning to leverage in the future.

Design & Implementation

This is where things start to come together. It‘s important at this stage to create a feedback loop. Small prototypes and design fragments are presented to you and we use that feedback to make adjustments.This feedback loop is how we get to a satisfying product fast -- making small refinements just like a sculptor to carefully and purposefully arrive at a meaningful product that just feels right.

Deploy, Test & Maintain

In this final phase, we stand your solutions on their feet and set them free.This is where we test and analyze to ensure all parts of the system are effective and working well. This is the point when we also define a maintenance plan if necessary to ensure routine updates and set up service alerts.
